Amazing staff! During breakfast, they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They even cut us up fresh watermelon and went out to buy baguettes for us. Truly exceptional service. And the room was huge and the bed was so comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay.

We had a great stay here. The huge and comfy room exceeded our expectations. The hotel's proximity to the airport and the riverside promenade was very convenient. The breakfast offered a good selection of food and the staff went out of their way to cater to our request for more Western-style options.

Located in the heart of the city, nearby riverside promenade, and airport, this hotel offers convenience in transportation. the bright, white rooms with no decorations make you feel like you are sleeping in a hospital. the breakfast is decent but the quality is poor. On the bright side, the staff is helpful and accommodating. they offer large rooms with comfortable beds and little Western type food, but staffs were friendly enough to fulfill our needs.

The cleanliness of the hotel needs improvement as there were fleas jumping on the bed.

Christmas at this hotel was great! the best aspects were the friendly staff and the clean rooms. the staff was really helpful with directions and recommendations for nearby restaurants. the hotel is also located near the airport and the river, which made transportation easy and enjoyable. the breakfast was also really good and had a variety of options to choose from.

The worst aspect was the slow WiFi. It made it hard to stream movies and upload pictures.
